Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests into our system, meeting high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Navigate efficiently through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, utilizing your technical skills to optimize workflow.
  • Differentiate between various claim types and follow established data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify specific document types that require special handling, demonstrating attention to detail and a thorough understanding of our processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Support additional workflows as needed, adapting to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims and authorizations, providing feedback and guidance to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry or typing-focused role, with a proven track record of accuracy and productivity.

    • Strong data entry and typing skills, with the ability to meet productivity standards of 8,200 KSPH and an accuracy rate of 98%.
