Key Responsibilities

As an online airport customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to passenger inquiries via online channels such as chat and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
  • Assisting passengers with booking, reservations, and other service-related inquiries, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
