Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling when required

Qualifications

We are seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have the ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Possess 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED
  • Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Demonstrate proven oral and written communication skills
  • Possess logical problem-solving skills
  • Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Exhibit organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to meet the following internet connection requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • A clean and quiet workspace
