Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Support, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving technical issues and addressing healthcare-related concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Assessing customer needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations, while maintaining a strong customer focus
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Utilizing multiple systems and technologies to navigate customer interactions efficiently
- Delivering expert customer experiences that exceed expectations, with a smile
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex's policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- A verifiable High School diploma or GED
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
- Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare-related products and services
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish or other languages commonly spoken in the United States
