Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through chat support in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information about arenaflex products and services, including tracking packages, scheduling pickups, and other logistics-related inquiries
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction and resolution times
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide expert-level support to our customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance goals for customer satisfaction and resolution times
  • Working independently and efficiently in a remote setting to provide exceptional service to our customers

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services is a plus, but not required
