Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to address their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Effectively navigating internal systems to access customer data and order information.
  • Proactively identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.

  • Striving to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

Required Skills

To succeed as a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers through live chat, email, and phone.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist customers: You'll need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and committed to resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment: You'll need to be able to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in typing and using chat support software: You'll need to be able to type accurately and efficiently, using arenaflex's chat support software to manage customer interactions.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail: You'll need to be able to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting: You'll need to be able to work independently, managing your time and priorities effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends: You'll need to be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs and support business operations.

Preferred Qualifications

While the above skills and qualifications are required, we also welcome candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
