Operations/Supply Chain Track - Launch Early Career Leadership Program
Belden Inc. is a company focused on innovative connectivity solutions, and they are seeking participants for their Launch Early Career Leadership Program. This program offers recent college graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through three 12-month rotations in operations and supply chain roles, while developing leadership skills in a global business environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with and visit customers
- Analyze testing procedures, machine capabilities, and material flow
- Work with manufacturing process and equipment
- Work with all modes of transportation, production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and warehousing
- Develop make vs. buy decisions
- Identify and implement productivity improvements
- Manage direct reports
- Handle inventory transactions
- Own daily management of Lean manufacturing
Skills
- You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field of study, and have completed your undergraduate degree or are approaching graduation this academic year 2025-2026
