Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:

Typing Test:

You must pass a typing test with a speed of 40 words per minute or higher

Education:

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

You must have 1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in an office setting

Computer Skills:

You must have introductory knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel

Physical Abilities:

You must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and work independently with minimal supervision

Customer Service Skills:

You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues

Attention to Detail:

You must be able to translate information effectively and accurately, with a strong attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements
  • Performing manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI)
  • Classifying documents based on client's requirements
  • Working on different tasks, including data entry, verification, MEDI, and other data entry tasks, based on established procedures and guidelines
  • Working under close supervision and being able to problem-solve independently
  • Complying with company policies and standards
  • Working Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working weekends based on business needs
