As a Virtual Customer Care Manager II, your primary responsibilities will include: - Coordinate Virtual Response to Customer Warranty Calls: You'll work closely with our TechSee platform and MS Dynamics 365 to respond to customer warranty calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. - Conduct Analysis of Issues via Virtual Appointment: You'll use your analytical skills to triage and determine the best course of action for each customer issue, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service. - Create Service Requests, Line Items, and Work Orders: Based on virtual inspection results, you'll create service requests, line items, and work orders in MS Dynamics 365, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need. - Manage Service Requests to Resolution: You'll work closely with our teams to ensure that service requests are resolved efficiently, confirming that scheduled repairs are complete, and closing out in MS Dynamics 365. - Address Complaints and Provide Solutions: You'll address customer complaints, provide solutions within warranty guidelines, and follow up to ensure that the issue is fully resolved.

What is Required (Qualifications)
