Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, identifying and resolving customer issues
- Assist customers with questions and concerns related to their phones, tablets, and computers
- Record customer interactions to maintain accurate records and update our systems
- Work towards established goals and objectives to develop your professional skills
Essential Qualifications:
• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
- Reside in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark)
- High level of English proficiency
- Interest in technology and a willingness to take on technical challenges
- Understanding of what good customer service is and a motivation to deliver it
- A quiet workspace with a stable internet connection
