Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving product and application issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers on incoming calls, providing product and service information, and assisting with application issues
- Providing product application guidance and step-by-step assistance to customers
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls to address product inquiries and help place orders
- Troubleshooting and resolving product or application issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting and updating customer follow-up records to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Working cooperatively and efficiently with the team to provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Qualifications

- Stable high-speed internet and a remote work space free of noise and distractions
- Technology savvy, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a dental office or a similar industry
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
