Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our customers, stores, and associates via phone, chat, and email. You'll be working from home in one of our approved states, with a variety of shift opportunities available to suit your needs. Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service to customers, stores, and associates via phone, chat, and email
- Navigate multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
- Communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Exceed customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
* Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of mandatory training
- Customer service experience
- Preferred - 6 months experience in a contact center or retail environment
- Preferred – 6 months experience with computer processing/data entry software

- Work from home in approved states

- Rotating shift schedule
- Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends
