Job Summary
As an Experienced Building Controls Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of building controls systems, providing proactive solutions to complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Key Responsibilities
* Ensure client and partner safety and satisfaction while minimizing support costs for complex issues by leading diagnostic procedures and providing proactive solutions
- Perform extraordinary or unique programming tasks to building controls systems by adjusting or changing the building controls techniques
- Identify and respond to patterns with alerts, thaws out, and work orders, and respond to manufacturer reviews
- Collaborate with teams in building execution and controls by utilizing and sharing resources, data, and tools
- Determine client needs and business needs while prioritizing and executing work tasks
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure timetables and work quality are achieved and demonstrate and help others with adapting to change or new challenges
- Create, share, and implement processes and practices to address business issues by collaborating with directors, colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
- Analyze and apply data from various sources and track progress and results
- Identify and address progress opportunities
- Participate in teams in building execution and controls by utilizing and sharing resources, data, and tools
- Complete work tasks and needs in Building Execution and Controls by utilizing strategies, information, and resources
What You'll Bring to the Table
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., building controls, engineering, computer science)
- 2+ years of experience in building controls, customer support, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous contact center experience
- Ability to convey top-tier customer service
- Familiarity with building controls systems and programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Capabilities
* Superb relational skills
- Well-informed with the inclination to acquire and apply new programming skills rapidly
- Capacity to work with restricted management
- Past contact center experience
- Ability to convey top-tier customer service
