Job Overview

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to our customers via email, chat, or phone. You will assist customers with order placement, product recommendations, and troubleshooting technical issues, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries, and monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, or phone
  • Assist customers with order placement, product recommendations, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
