Job Summary

As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our administrative operations by accurately and efficiently processing data, managing records, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests

  • Check work process reports to ensure required data is available
  • Request any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
  • Output, print, and list reports
  • Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
  • Maintain departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
  • Monitor supply stock or arrange supplies as needed
  • Assist other staff members in related tasks on a case-by-case basis

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • No prior work experience necessary
  • Proficiency in standard office software and equipment
