Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Customer Service team in delivering world-class customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting the Customer Service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Overseeing performance metrics to drive team growth and productivity
  • Providing employee training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Assisting with complex order management and resolving escalated customer issues
  • Monitoring customer feedback across various platforms and maintaining compliance with company policies
  • Fostering and contributing to arenaflex's betterment culture
  • Collaborating with the Customer Experience Manager to drive business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Handling administrative duties, including attendance and other related tasks

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Supervisory experience, although not required, is highly preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other productivity tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food industry or retail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes
  • Experience with performance metric analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, although not required, is a plus
