Essential Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and Access

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with Episys/Symitar and handling wires
- Previous customer service experience in the banking or credit association industry
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
