Key Responsibilities

- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers via phone, email, or online chat
- Following up to ensure problem resolution and maintaining customer accounts and records of customer interactions
- Interacting with customers via various communication channels to provide support and information on products or services
- Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns

Requirements
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
