Key Responsibilities

As an Online Airport Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers through various online channels, including chat and email. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to passenger inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting passengers with booking, reservations, and other service-related inquiries
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements

Qualifications
