Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Strategy and Innovation Chief to join our team. As a key member of our Innovation Design team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive data strategies that drive business growth and inform data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives and industry best practices

• Supervise the collection, storage, and management of large datasets, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory norms (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
• Investigate complex datasets, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights to inform data-driven decision making
• Use advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from data, identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and present findings to key stakeholders
• Execute processes and procedures to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the data lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to understand data needs, address challenges, and support data-driven decision making
• Assess new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities. Lead the implementation of data management systems and infrastructure upgrades on a case-by-case basis
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data initiatives and track progress towards business objectives. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of data experts and data scientists, providing guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth and ensure superior performance

Essential Qualifications

* 4 years of experience in a data-related role, with a strong understanding of data management principles, processes, and tools

• 4 years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts to achieve business objectives
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data using tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or economics

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as software engineering, statistics, mathematics, or economics

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Fastidious approach to data management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory norms
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts to achieve business objectives
• Proven critical thinking skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues
• Knowledge of data management systems, data security guidelines, and industry standards
• Experience working in industries like healthcare, finance, retail, or technology is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and drive consensus towards shared objectives
