Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via live chat on arenaflex's websites and social media accounts. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

What You'll Be Doing

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be handling a wide range of customer interactions, including:

Contract Length and Rate
