Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions, providing accurate and helpful information to support our customers' needs.
  • Process orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive their medications in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, maintaining open lines of communication and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements and Qualifications
