Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
