About the Role

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data management systems. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, monitoring registration turnaround times, and assisting with data compilation. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into arenaflex's systems, ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy

• Monitor registration turnaround times and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with data compilation and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data entry and processing
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Working Conditions

The position is physically comfortable most of the time, with occasional periods of stooping, bending, and/or light lifting of materials up to 10 pounds. arenaflex is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Minimum Requirements

* Educational Requirements: Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and mathematical functions as might be acquired through specialized training of up to 9 months of education or training beyond the high school level.

• Certification: May be required to pass a City-administered typing test with a typing speed of 50 words per minute with no more than 5 errors.
• Experience Requirements: Two (2) years of data entry experience or clerical/secretarial experience with a heavy volume of typing are required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual: Preference shall be given to eligible veteran applicants who possess the qualifications necessary for competent discharge of the duties involved in the position applied for.

• Working Knowledge of Quality Management: Working knowledge of quality management and quality improvement methodologies.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written, oral, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to Prioritize: Ability to handle and prioritize multiple, diverse assignments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and other basic email and web software.
