About the Role:

As a Customer Support Remote Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to arenaflex customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. You'll work closely with our team to identify and address customer concerns, provide solutions, and exceed customer expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed solutions
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the entertainment industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a live production environment, temporary job, or similar educational background

  • Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems like Quantel
  • Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, including Disney+, Hulu, ABC News, and ESPN

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
