Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding arenaflex products, services, and policies.
  • Addressing customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience.
  • Keeping up-to-date with arenaflex promotions, events, and updates to provide informed responses to customers.
  • Utilizing customer feedback to suggest improvements to arenaflex's social media engagement strategies.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
