Job Summary:

As a Remote Work From Home Data Entry Clerk / Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, processing data, and performing administrative tasks to maintain the highest level of efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Update and maintain customer phone call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
  • Manage support; profile page creation/updating, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Filing, information access, and document production to support customer support processes
  • Create and update customer service issue tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
  • Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer support process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs
  • Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, clients, work applicants, and customers; straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room, and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment
  • Perform general office roles, including but not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job
  • Responsible for checking stock products and maintaining inventory levels

Essential Qualifications:

* Work Remotely with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform critical work functions
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities, with the ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Energetic and focused, with the skills to multitask and prioritize requests
  • Higher interest to detail and sturdy organizational skills are required
  • Problem-solving capacities, with the ability to multitask and remain centered under pressure
  • Ability to partner with minimum oversight and solve internal concerns
