Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling emergency signals and notifications
  • Notifying and verifying alarm signals
  • Dispatching proper authorities as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related field
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Work Schedule and Availability

* Shifts available: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

  • Full-time positions only; this role is not conducive to a second job due to the essential nature of our services
  • Possible work-from-home opportunities available for those who meet the criteria after successful completion of training

Training and Development

* Paid training will take place on site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024
