Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk and Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for conducting records submission, clerical work, and data entry, as well as managing customer interactions, updating databases, and creating and updating client service issue tickets. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries

  • Update and maintain customer phone call database, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
  • Manage support; profile page creation/updating
  • Filing, Information access, and Document production
  • Create and update client service issue tickets
  • Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the client assistance process and manage unique management ventures, as well as overflow work from teams including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs
  • Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment
  • General office roles feature but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job
  • Responsible for checking out supply products

Essential Qualifications

* Work Remotely

  • MS Office Suite proficient
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform critical work functions
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities
  • Energetic and focused with the skills to multi-task and prioritize requests
  • Higher interest to detail and sturdy organizational skills are required
  • Problem-solving capacities; lively, centered, and capable to multitask
  • Ability to partner with minimum oversight and solve internal concerns

* Experience in customer support or data entry
