Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Remote Night Shift team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to our customers. You will be responsible for monitoring and closing out orders, verifying details, and providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels. Key Responsibilities

* Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system to ensure timely and accurate processing

• Collaborate with technicians to close out orders and resolve any issues that may arise
• Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on, providing exceptional support to our customers
• Update information through data entry and maintain accurate records
• Run reports and update trackers as needed to ensure efficient operations
• Assist with logistics and system-related issues, providing creative solutions to complex problems
• Respond to inbound and outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to follow through, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work independently and research creative solutions
• Adaptability and ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
• Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency

Schedule

* In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday - Friday, day shift

• 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am

* In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI

• Remote work after training, with reliable internet and dedicated workspace required
