Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing business clients, addressing their requests, and providing support to ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients, addressing their requests and providing support to ensure their satisfaction

  • Use knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to address issues, provide information, and place orders
  • Correctly document customer interactions and track call types to maintain support service levels and uphold Customer Service standards
  • Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
  • Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in high-volume calls or call center experience
  • Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
  • A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Previous experience in the optical industry
  • Ability to navigate information systems and internet
  • Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual French speaking

  • Experience in the optical industry
  • SAP experience
  • Previous experience in a call center or high-volume call environment
