Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our arenaflex team as a Remote Jobs Chat Professional. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at the IAH Airport. You'll be the face of arenaflex to our clients, serving as a brand ambassador and providing personalized support to help them navigate their travel, card, and lifestyle needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to Card Members throughout their visit
• Utilizing the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
• Offering travel, card, and lifestyle suggestions and recommendations
• Collaborating with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
• Providing reservation assistance and travel counseling
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions
• Working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
• Adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
• Maintaining a high level of technical proficiency and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting
• Experience in a carrier, lounge, or travel industry environment, including reservation experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• The ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to client needs and concerns
• A high level of technical proficiency, including the ability to use and adapt to various technology platforms
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• The ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific work tasks
