The Content Material Operations & Innovation Organisation

Within arenaflex, our Content Material Operations & Innovation Organisation is responsible for helping content delight members with efficient operational workflows and execution, while leveraging our scale and innovating to deliver more value on screen. As part of this team, we're seeking an intern to join our Netfx crew for the summer of 2024. Netfx is a developing go-functional visual consequences (VFX) initiative built on arenaflex's innovative platform, which optimizes the pairing of skills to responsibilities to execute a high volume of global paintings.

About the Internship

As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to facilitate departmental wishes and participate in a program that offers training and improvement to provide you with the skills necessary to become a strong candidate for future entry-level positions in enterprise analytics, agnostic of domain. You don't need previous experience to apply; simply submit your application, and you'll receive an email inviting you to complete your application by filling out an Airtable form. You'll also be asked to submit a 300-word statement of purpose (preferably in PDF format) using the following prompt: Are you captivated with global marketplaces? What key factors and metrics might you recall essential for accomplishing a complete analysis on international transactional structures that deliver collectively numerous buyers and sellers of a service?

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Interested in working within the entertainment industry
• Passionate about global marketplace evaluation and platform (customer/setter) experience
• Living in the L. location during the internship (relocation and housing guide may be supplied, if applicable)
• Familiar with computers and software programs, including Google Suite (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel)
• Collaborative and able to work in a quick-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative to work independently
• Attentive to detail and practice true judgment
• Curious about getting to know new technology and workflows
• Able to keep confidentiality and utmost discretion while being privy to sensitive information

What You'll Do

As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Conduct a complete evaluation of current correctly constructed transactional, digital marketplaces
• Study and examine industry developments and competitive landscapes for worldwide marketplaces
• Offer insights and hints based on marketplace evaluation to aid strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with senior team members to plot and refine aggressive pricing techniques
• Help in developing financial models to evaluate business performance and assess capability situations
• Make a contribution to forecasting and budgeting procedures to assist financial planning efforts
• Collaborate with teams throughout departments to recognize business
• Participate in meetings and shows to proportion findings and pointers
