Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist with inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
  • Effectively troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Staying informed about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Clearly and concisely conveying information to customers and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs.
  • Thriving in a remote work environment, displaying flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
  • Quality Monitoring (QM) score of 95% or higher

  • Customer Service Excellence: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using technology and navigating various software systems for customer interactions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to changes in processes and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the Aviation Industry: Previous experience working in the aviation industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, or Mandarin.
  • Certifications: Customer Service Representative (CSR) certification or equivalent.
