Key Responsibilities:
As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk - Remote at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers
- Opening and submitting requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
- Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., problem resolved or requires coordinated call with customer)
- Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates
- Maintaining a high level of organization and focus to ensure each ticket is closed out quickly and efficiently
Essential Qualifications:
* No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service software is a plus
