Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Solving routine and complex problems in a timely and professional manner
- Answering incoming customer service orders as soon as possible
- Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers
- Documenting activity to our system
- Entering orders manually via our fax process
- Operating the phone system effectively
- Adhering to work schedule and meeting productivity targets
- Participating in cross-training programs to develop skills and knowledge in other areas of the department
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving
- Solid communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in computer software and systems
- Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Medical terminology experience preferred but not required
- A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent required
- High-speed internet access for remote work
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience with CRM software and systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
