Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Solving routine and complex problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering incoming customer service orders as soon as possible
  • Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers
  • Documenting activity to our system
  • Entering orders manually via our fax process
  • Operating the phone system effectively
  • Adhering to work schedule and meeting productivity targets
  • Participating in cross-training programs to develop skills and knowledge in other areas of the department
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving
  • Solid communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems
  • Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Medical terminology experience preferred but not required
  • A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent required
  • High-speed internet access for remote work

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Experience with CRM software and systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
