Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, using problem-solving skills and empathy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on call issues and quality of service to improve customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry.
