Job Description
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members across various channels including email, chat, and phone. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and efficient support to arenaflex members via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Assist members with inquiries related to their accounts, billing, streaming options, and technical troubleshooting, utilizing arenaflex's knowledge base and resources to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex member concerns, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's latest offerings, features, and policies to provide accurate information to members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality of service, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with members and colleagues, upholding arenaflex's values of empathy, respect, and inclusivity.

* Customer satisfaction ratings (CSAT) of 85% or higher
- Average response time of 2 hours or less
- Quality of service (QoS) ratings of 90% or higher

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions, leveraging arenaflex's knowledge base and resources
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
