The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and solutions to our guests through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, supported by a dedicated team of leaders and peers who are passionate about delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound calls, ensuring guests feel welcome and supported throughout their journey with us
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand guest needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, reducing churn and driving customer retention
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices, provide feedback, and continuously improve our customer service standards

Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals, with a proven track record of success in customer service and sales
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow
