Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and resolving complex inquiries related to financial and general insurance questions

Education and Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in any industry (retail, restaurant, banking, data entry, etc.)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Benefits and Pay
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- $19.00/hour starting pay, with opportunities for pay increases within the first year
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance benefits
- Paid training for 4 weeks, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- A fully remote/work-from-home schedule, with set hours between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday
