Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, utilizing empathy and active listening skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Responding promptly to customer needs, prioritizing tasks, and soliciting feedback to enhance the customer experience
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner, analyzing data to inform alternative solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Balancing individual and team responsibilities, demonstrating objectivity, and contributing to a positive team environment
  • Embodying arenaflex's values, including treating customers with respect, inspiring trust, and upholding our organizational values and goals with integrity
  • Participating in affirmative action and recognizing diversity
  • Performing physical tasks, such as lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, and standing, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching during shifts up to 12 hours long
  • Working in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures (personal protective equipment provided)

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize work time to ensure productivity
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple internet browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Skillability in verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in knowledge performance metrics and developing them to degree development against key performance indicators
