Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Schedule Requirements

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to work from home for 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that can be tailored to your needs. The 20 hours must be worked between Monday and Friday, 8:00am and 6:00pm. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
• Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
• Managing customer portfolios
• Organizing the workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
• Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
• Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
• Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents
• Recommending process improvements where applicable
• Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services
