The Role
As a live chat agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, a keen sense of empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites and social media accounts
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
- Offer sales links and discounts to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
- Ability to commit to at least 10 hours per week, primarily Monday through Thursday
