Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Securing all trailing documents from customers and maintaining accurate records
  • Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Documenting each customer contact in eAgent, our cutting-edge customer relationship management system
  • Taking premium payments from customers and verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
  • Returning all phone messages promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining knowledge of new products and services, and staying up-to-date on industry developments
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, with a coachable attitude
  • An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Insurance industry experience or knowledge
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, such as eAgent
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment

Compensation
