Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Engineer to join our team of technical experts. As a Customer Engineer, you'll work closely with our Sales and Engineering teams to identify business and technical requirements, design and implement customized solutions, and provide exceptional customer support. If you have a passion for cloud computing, a strong background in software engineering, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled requirements.

  • Lead technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets.
  • Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform by utilizing whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents.
  • Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best-practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud Platform effectiveness.
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience as a specialized technical engineer in a distributed computing environment or a client-facing role.
  • Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking.
  • Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status.

  • Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms.
  • Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies.
  • Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT technology space.

* Strong technical skills in cloud computing, software engineering, and containerization.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
