Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a helpful bonus
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Familiarity with automotive industry products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits

Application Requirements

  • Do you own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone?
  • Are you able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom Tuesday through Saturday from the hours of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT?
  • Are you able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday?
  • Do you reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin?

Location and Work Schedule

This role is based in South Dakota and requires a remote work arrangement. You'll be expected to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our clients' needs.
