Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Sales Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, answering product and brand questions, and selling add-ons and upselling products via chat or phone. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via chat, phone, and email, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations

  • Answer product and brand questions, providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Sell add-ons and upsell products via chat or phone, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Conduct warranty outreach and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role or chat experience

  • Experience leading within a remote work environment
  • Attention to detail and high level of professionalism
  • Excellent communication style, both written and verbal
  • Ability to make a personal connection with external and internal customers
  • Friendly attitude and strong decision-making skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathetic and able to take personal responsibility for learning and supporting business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales or retail industry

  • Exposure to e-commerce and online sales environments
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with sales and customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
