You'll work closely with our Digital Technology team to design, develop, and maintain highly scalable technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. Job Responsibilities
As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Analyzing and implementing data protection and privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain highly scalable technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business
* Conducting risk assessments and implementing controls to mitigate potential security threats
* Providing training and support to employees on data protection and privacy best practices
* Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy
* Collaborating with our Digital Technology team to develop and implement data protection and privacy solutions
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in a STEM-associated field
* A deep understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, including local, national, and international regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines, with the potential to handle multiple tasks concurrently
* Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Reliable, punctual attendance is a critical aspect of this role
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
* CISA certification
* Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security
* Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles
* Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles
* Ability to interpret noncompliance and determine its impact on risk and/or overall effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity program
* Hands-on experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and product capabilities
