The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our brand, fielding real-time calls from customers globally in a virtual call center environment. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and virtual call center platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or virtual customer support environment
