Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to fill a full-time position, starting at $18.00 per hour. The role begins with a 90-day onsite training period at our Orlando office, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Upon successful completion of the training and meeting all key performance indicators, you will transition to a remote work arrangement, working Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and texts to fulfill orders, address inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues
  • Processing and managing order forms, including payment processing, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests
  • Identifying, escalating, and routing issues to the appropriate resources, and following up as needed to ensure resolution
  • Properly documenting each customer interaction in the tracking system and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing support for customer applications, e-learning offerings, and special projects as required
  • Meeting assigned KPIs, complying with relevant laws and organizational policies, and assisting with system enhancements and procedure updates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, versatility, and multi-tasking
  • Proven accuracy in completing repetitive tasks
  • Punctuality, adherence to schedule, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Background check and drug screening
